In the product tool design, an agreement is reached from the customer on the supply of 3D-2D CAD data of the product and the determination of the functional and critical edges-surfaces of the details such as the quantity information. In addition, analyzes are made regarding the technical drawing tolerances of the products.

As Yaşalar, we manufacture all sub-parts of the tool by using our advanced production track and high-tech CNC benches (CNC, Milling, Lathe, EDM); After the assembly and lapping processes, we make all the tools available for the first sample.

All tool works carried out by our company serve the purpose of producing the final product perfectly and having high quality standards. After the review process is completed, the tool submitted to the approval of the customer is made ready for mass production upon the approval.
